（中央社記者張榮祥台南18日電）端午節快到了，台南市衛生局展開應景食材大抽檢，抽驗90件中有5件不合格，已要求業者下架，且追查貨源。

台南市衛生局5月中旬起展開端午節應景食材大抽檢，對象是傳統市場、超市、大賣場、餐飲小吃等，抽檢食材有粽子、餡料、蝦米、醃漬蔬菜、蘿蔔乾、醬料、蛋黃、乾貨食品等。

衛生局這次共抽驗90件，檢驗項目包括防腐劑、漂白劑、過氧化氫、二氧化硫、皂黃、著色劑、甜味劑、衛生標準、二甲基黃、二乙基黃、蘇丹紅等。

衛生局表示，90件中有5件添加物不合格，分別是「辣椒醬」2件，檢出防腐劑苯甲酸不符規定，店家是歸仁區劉家肉粽及佳里區中山市場郭碗粿；1件「鹹菜」檢出二氧化硫不符規定，來源是關廟區公有市場；1件「醃瓜子條」檢出防腐劑苯甲酸不符規定，店家是六甲區六甲市場六甲(艸果)菜銀行信貸比較 小額信貸比較 信貸比較好辦行；1件「大黑干」檢出防腐劑苯甲酸不符規定，店家是中西區水仙宮市場譚記。

衛生局說，已要求業者下架，且追查來源廠商，再移請來源衛生局依法辦理。1040618
